The Pico Rivera Express Library will be hosting an amazing Summer Reading Program all summer. Providing students opportunities to read and to enhance their reading experiences through participation in programs contributing to their continued reading and educational success. Students report, and parents agree that participating in the Summer Reading Program helped them learn to read.
