School Site Council Members Needed! Click Here!

I’d like to take this opportunity to invite you to be part of our School Site Council (SSC). This council is very important because it takes on a leadership role in our school. The council is made up of teachers, classified personnel and parents. The council’s role is to decide how federal and state categorical funds will be spent. The council also approves our school plan. This committee meets 6 times a year, from 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. on the third Thursday of the month. We will be meeting virtually, on Zoom, until it is safe to meet in person.

At this time, we have 5 vacancies. If you are interested in being part of this council, please fill out the form below by Friday, September 25, 2020. Voting will be conducted via a Google Form the week of September 28. If you decide to be a candidate and you are elected, it is very important that you make a two year commitment to attend the 6 meetings in order to be kept current on all the issues pertaining to the school and to vote on different issues.
